Hurricane Rated

Linel’s HR2000 Hurricane Rated skylight system offers a two-sided structurally glazed joint style system in addition to a fully captured joint style system. Both our Large Missile Impact System, and Small Missile Impact System, are designed with an internally guttered infiltration management system that allows the glazing options of insulated laminated glass units or monolithic laminated glass sizes up to 40 sqft.
Tested and approved by Miami Dade for use in Large Missile or Small Missile applications, the HR2000 is available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes which gives architects more freedom when designing systems requiring hurricane rating approval. The Large Missile Impact System design pressures +90 psf. / -80 psf., the Small Missile Impact System design pressures +120 psf. / -120 psf.
