An Historical Landmark gets a new entrance.
Linel's scope on this project was the Dome over the Entrance Pavilion. The Phipps Conservatory, having been deemed an historical landmark, designed the dome in the Neo-Victorian style to match the existing conservatory that was completed in 1893. The aluminum framing is a segmented dome that also incorporated operable window panels. The dome is topped with an ornate aluminum crown.
