A New Luxury Condominium.
Linel's scope on this project included fabricating and installing the 1/8" aluminum plate panel system on this downtown Indianapolis condominium. The panels form the roof edge cornice, soffits at the penthouse balconies, floor line banding features and balcony edge cladding on all balconies. Linels P2000 weather-tight caulk/sealed system was more than suitable for this application. The design called for complicated offsets both in plan and profile with detailing connections to the adjoining curtainwall, balcony railing posts and building edges.
The panels were post-fabrication finished in Linel's Kynar 500 paint line, the fabulous color is Silver Sunstorm.
